The Weekend
This weekend started with me and three colleagues going out to drink at 1500. Not the best idea. I went to bed early that evening.
Woke up at 0700 saturday morning. Ate breakfast, drank coffee, went to work. (OK, I really just went to the place I work to take my car into the company leaders garage and try fixing it...)
On the way to work. Grain silos in the back ground, the town bridge above. The house on the left is the one that got sprayed by a machine gun three weeks ago.

This is a very left dominated part of the city. Good thing.

A poor guy has forgotten his empty bottle trolly in the middle of the street.

Sunday I was a caddy for a friend who played a golf turnament in Stavanger. Guess the reason I don't play golf my self is because of people like the guy closest to the camera. I had two holes in my trousers. Some gave me evil looks...

It was very nice walking around there. Good and relaxing. But would probably be more fun if I actually played myself. But what is this!? A golf car?! What the hell is the point of that??

Went to see Viking against Tromsø sunday evening. Excellent match! Viking won 1-0.

A full stadium, a loud passionate crowd.

Hmm.. two more days and then it is friday. The legendary Autumn Party at work. Looking forward to that.
Have a nice day people!
Cheers

i know this sounds a bit ignorant, but i can't picture norway as a violent place....machine gun?! what happened? is it gang related?
-looked like a really good crowd...a really good game! i've never been to a stadium! do they sell beers and hot dogs-or mother's meat pies? heheheh!
as for golf carts-it should always be meant for peeps who has hurt legz! or for racing!
yea, it's a shame with all those green grass, one can't just chill out and have a picnic or a nap in the middle of it!

Well, no, Norway isn't really a violent place, there was this unstable drug addict who just tried his machine gun at a random house in the naighborhood. The police got him 15 minutes later. It's more dangerous to walk around among drunk norwegians in the city at saturday night.
Yeah, the game was excellent. They actually only sell some pizza and sodas in the intermission. Isn't american games all just a big food feast? But that's just what I heard :-) But it has been up to discussion lately to start selling beer. Hope they will..
That golf car was driven by two young guys with, by the looks of it, good legs. Isn't golf all about the good long walk?
In norway most of the golf courses is old unprofitable farm land. Fortunatley we have alot of wilderness left too, but can't get enough of that, yeah?

america is one big freakin' food fest! unfortunately most is unhealthy....tha's why you got alot of obesity here....could you imagine if there were cannibals let loose from back then in america now?!?! HAHAHAH!
Hmm yeah... I've sort of noticed some obesity over there :-P Cannibal heaven, but only if you like fat. But not sure if they have exstra meat though...
