Oslo
Yep, arrived in Oslo, surfing on a sloooooow modem..
Got up at five this morning, had a cup of coffee, went down to the airport bus.
The airplane was late of course and when I finally got to OSL, my luggage came as last after waiting half an hour. Was met by my mother at the trainstation, borrowed the car after I had driven her back to the school she is working at.
Drove home, jumped into bed, tried to sleep, was called by a friend about the pints of beer we are drinking tonight. Tried to sleep again. Nope.
Got up at 1200, made coffee, the sun is shining, went out on the porch. Relax:

An "Øyenstikker" taking a rest. Is it called a dragonfly in English??
Well, think I will go and try to sleep again before I go out tonight. The wedding is tomorrow, so think I will take it a bit easy.

looks like a real niiiice day out there. nice shades! i used to have one very similar like those but with blue tints....used to put it on and tell people i can't hear their annoying noise.

Hey! Yeah, it was, a bit cold though... the fall has definately come to Norway... it's even pitch dark at five am.. :-( I would really like it to last a bit longer...
Thanks! My sister picked them out for me in Berlin this summer. Some people say they look like fly eyes :-p But magic; definately :-D
The wedding went well, I had real fun :-) no bouquet though...or it was not out for grabs :-)
The aftermaths are a bit harsh.. but hope I will survive.. I will hopefully get a hold of some photos soon. I was too busy with other things so I didn't take any myself..

hahahah! i bet! end of weddings are pretty crazy.....hahaha! the shotgun weddings here are just as much! I can't believe fall is coming soon. it is getting a little more chill here too but i think it's caused from the leftover hurricane...

Hurricane season in Norway is around new year, but nothing more than storms has hit the coast the reasent years.. Did you experience Katrina last year?
FYI: 11 degrees celsius this morning in Stavanger.... brrr
