Modern Life is Rubbish

I have officially made my first major mistake at work.

I planned inspection on 16 wells, but forgot to register inspection for the valves!!

I thought I might get away with it by keeping my mouth shut, but felt it might be better to come clean at once. Just in case.

I found out that only one of the wells had been shut down for visual inspection up to now, and the next is not scheduled until the 20th of October. So minimal damage done...

Today I will search for valves.
