Tired as always..
Yesterday I attended a street race in the Stavanger city center. It was HARD! And already half an hour before the start my mouth was so dry my tongue stuck to roof.. and no water around... well, I'm still here so guess it was good for me.
After showering and resting a bit, me and a colleague went to another colleague who had rented a 56 feet cabin cruiser as there was no free hotel rooms because of the oil exhibition. He didn't rent it alone of course, he is a consultant, so he rented it together with some other guys in his firm. So there we sat and drank beer and brandy till one o'clock.
At 2300 there was the biggest firework I've ever seen. It was supposed to mark the end of the oil exhibition. Wonder how many villages they could have fed in Africa with this money.
Anyway; this morning sux. Shouldn't have had the last brandy before I left the boat...

Hey Kayanon! Yeah, they used a large barge so it would be safe as well as close to the people. One rocket hit a croud by the way, but no one got seriously injured.

holy cow of india! that is sweeeeet! Ragge, you should really consider getting paid for your talented eyes and finger in photography-hmmm...you can feed africa with the money you make selling them to rich oil dudes...heh-heh-heh! that way you won't feel too bad seeing amazing spectaculars such as this.
Sorry!! :'( This photo I didn't take.......... I borrowed it from a news paper. If I had known infron that it would be fireworks I would have brought with me my SLR camera. Amazing what you can do with a shutter lock. Sorry for misleading people to think I took it.
