Across the Mountains
The weekend 16 th to 20 th of June I drove across the mountains to Oslo. First to visit my mother, then to go to our "cabin" in Kongsberg together with a friend to relax and go fishing. Relaxing includes of course: Frisbee, coffee, beer, film, cafe trip with old roomies to town, food and music.
The long and winding road:

Nobody believed it would survive, but it's still running:

Håvard and Sigrunn, my old roomies:

Me and Harald drinking beer and watching the film "SAW":

Coffee and no civilization:

Harald on the shore of "Buvatn". A last glance at the surface before leaving. My favorite shot of the whole trip.

Hey there, welcome back!
Beautiful place you went there. The night lake shot is incredible.
See, now where did all that stress go? :)

How wonderful... I wish I had places like your pictures to go over here... Isn't summer in Norway chilly? Your friends wear short sleeve tops. How nice place you live in! Maybe I should move to Norway!
spirit: Thanks! It's good to be back :)
Yeah, the foto was taken with the flash covered with my fingers since I can't manually adjust the shutter time. Very pleased with that :)
yuri: Yeah, I think it's a wonderful place as well. It is close to Hardangervidda if you have heard of that ;-)
I guess Norway is chilly in the summer but it will be up to 30 degrees. That day it was 24, but a week ago it was 12.. :-|
And: yeah, I can recomend living in Norway :-D (sometimes :-p)
