Um, your grievance with the wondrous institution that is the Euorvision Song Contest doesn't have anything to with with the fact that Norway so often gets nil point does it? ;)

Just kidding just kidding! LOL You're right. It's the worst kind of car crash TV - you just have to watch it no matter how awful it is... Millions of us. How very, very sad...!!!

I must say the Eurovision Song Contest is the DEFINITION of trash TV... But that's what makes it so great. In Norway, Jostein Pedersen is commenting the songs and artists, and this year he was particularly mean...
About Serbia's contribution: "If there is something you have to do, do it now. The next song won't change your life..."
About those after Serbia: "If you think that was bad, you have no idea what's ahead..."
About Cyprus: "Eurovision isn't the same without a Cypriotic beach prince."

I love that trash.. And I totally agree, Ragnvald! Moldova was the "best". Especially the old woman with the drum..
 

Yeah! I thought it was kind a cool having her just sit in the rocking chair (that can't be correct written..), but the she jumed up and startet banging her drum jumping around: even cooler!

To what country did he say: This song is what you normally hear on the ferry from Norway to sweden, and when you do, you only want to go back home.. nice :D
