Sunday!
Good morning everybody! And what a morning it is! :-D
Woke up at 8 o'clock, by my self. Got up, put some buns in the oven, put on 0.5 liters of coffee. Sat down. Hmm... what is the point of getting up this early if you have absolutely nothing to do?? So, here I am. At work. I think it is kind of sad, but who cares.
Saw Volver, the new Almodovar movie, yesterday. NICE! I really like this director.
OK, here are some photos. Randomly picked out of my camera. So don't judge them so hard....
Let's start with some photos from Thomas' brother Mortens party. Three photos.
Here is Thomas and me. Thomas was drunk and couldn't be serious for two seconds, so I picked the most serious photo taken of him that night.
Then we have Asbjørn, who was suppose to show us his "Angry face"...
...and his "Very Nice Innocent Face"
I'm not sure I believed any of them....
OK, back to reality. This is my father. He is up on the roof of our house painting the bargeboard(not sure if that is the right English word...)
I'm painting some new planks on the corner
Up on the roof.
After we had finished painting, we made ratatui, mmmm.. yummy!
Now we change the scene. I was in Harald and Kari's wedding last weekend. I was supposed to take some photos, but did I manage? No, or I took this one of Haralds brother Thomas and his restored 1970 Porsche 911 the day after and I was about to leave.
Change of scene again. This is outside the place where I work. Just across a little cove that passes the building. I really love this. I only wish I had my mirror reflex with the zoom lens and so.... but you might get an idea of the motive.
Tonight I think I will go and have a look at Stavanger Oilers play against Stjernen. Never been to an Icehockey match before, but have been told it is much more fun than watching it on the telly. Which I think is VERY boring. I'll see what I'll do, it is a long way to ride my bike....
OK, I will go back to actually working. And no, I'm not charging hours while making this post.

It's a deal, I just have to check if I have any money left after going to Russia in early November. Don't you go without me you hear! The appartment is vacant all the time except for one week up until x-mas; will check with my mother when she was going. Ach ja! Seidelschvingen! :-D

And yeah; my fathers house and the surroundings are a never ending project... But; you become a better person afterwards.

I haven't got a digital SLR yet, but one with film. It's a Pentax ME Super from 1980 :-D The Rolls Royce of cameras (my opinion:-p ). 3 Objectives; 24mm, 50mm and 70-300mm. Feels kind of sad to want a digital SLR, but seeing the photos at once is kind of practical....

Yeah, not to mention the cost of film and developing these days. I'll only think of getting a film SLR after I buy a film scanner, but for now a digital SLR would definitely be better. Nothing can beat the big prints from film though :)
