Sushi!
Hey! Then the weekend was over and two days closer to christmas. Yey!
Chose to stay in Stavanger for the weekend, even though there was a big birthday party in Haugesund... But we made sushi! Yey! Second time we we made it now and it is only getting better.
Seaweed with rice on top. Then a stip of salmon and wasabi.
Roll it firmly together.
A good selection of different types. We used salmon, shrim and cucumber. We also bought advokado, but it was not ripe at all... You can also see a soup called "clean soup" that is supposed to clean and warm your stomace before eating sushi. Very nice.

COLD!!!
Yet again, winter has come. 5 degrees and very windy on my way to work this morning. Luckily no snow as they forcasted monday.
Anyway, I can finally dig out my big russian bunny hat from the closet :-D
